Special Fatbike Ride Event !!
A fatbike group ride with Ted King that will take you to the heart of the Green Mountain National Forest and the pristine woods that gave inspiration to Robert Frost’s poetry.

A Rikert trail pass is necessary to attend. Please visit the center earlier to get a pass.
Any and all abilities are welcome. Snacks & hot beverages to warm up at Rikert Nordic Center. Rental bikes available on a first come first serve basis at Rikert, and also at Frog Hollow Bikes in Middlebury and Green Mountain Bikes in Rochester, VT.
We recommend you arrive about 9am and take some early laps. Formal ride starts at 10am.
Farid is a graduating Middlebury College student from Afghanistan who is a mountain bike Olympic-hopeful for Afghanistan. Before he leaves in February for a warmer training climate, he is excited to add in some winter fun on Rikert’s fat bike single track.
Purchase of a Rikert trail Pass is required to ride.
