Breadloaf Citizens Race

This winter will mark the 50th anniversary of the Rikert Outdoor Center and the Breadloaf Citizens Race. The race was brought back to life last March on a spectacular sunny day where skiers were greeted to a tour of the majority of our trail system. Many skiers donned costumes, while skiing best line tracks through the woods. Junior skiers were then challenged to an expertly groomed terrain park course with head to head racing.
It’s not just a race, it’s a tour and a celebration — the air will be filled with music and the smell of grilling food.
It was a great day and this year will be even better! Don’t miss the celebration of the 50th year!!
