Breadloaf Citizens Race and Tour

The Breadloaf Citizens Race, which was initially called “Just for the Fun of It,” was created by Kirsten McEdward to highlight the awesome community that calls Breadloaf home. After this banner year we are excited to breath some life back into this tradition and showcase our trail system. We might not have Henry Palmer’s cannon, but we will have loaves of bread for our winners and a barbecue and pot luck. Our course will be designed to create an old school course that winds through as much of our trail system as possible. Costumes are encouraged.
Join us at Rikert Outdoor Center for a special 50th Anniversary edition of the Bread Loaf Citizen’s Race on Saturday, March 15, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.! Whether you’re in it to race or just to tour the course, this is a celebration of Nordic skiing you won’t want to miss!

All prices include the BBQ and trail pass for non-pass holders.
